Deine Aufgaben

  • Manage the daily operational relationship with assigned enterprise B2B customers
  • Drive customer satisfaction and engagement to build long-term relationships and encourage growth
  • Take full ownership of customer issues, making sure they are resolved quickly and service quality stays high
  • Define, put in place, and improve service procedures, policies, and standards based on ITIL
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on service performance, including full responsibility for SLA reporting
  • Work with different delivery teams to make sure service levels and customer commitments are met
  • Lead and push Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) projects to make services better and more efficient

Was du mitbringst

  • Good knowledge of the telecommunications and/or IT industry
  • Experience as a Customer Service Manager in a B2B setting, handling large enterprise accounts
  • Strong customer-facing skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Proactive and solution-focused, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with strong networking abilities
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English, able to adjust communication for both technical teams and C-level
