You play a central role in developing innovative, GMP-compliant solutions for aseptic processing systems like Fill & Finish and device assembling. You use your deep understanding of pharmaceutical processes and strong systems thinking to align process needs, product requirements, and system architecture. You work at the intersection of System Engineering and Process Engineering, structuring complex requirements into practical, consistent solutions. You are a key technical contact for internal teams, customers, and external partners.

  • Develop, design, and optimize aseptic processing systems, focusing on process, product, and customer needs
  • Create robust module and system architectures based on complex requirements
  • Manage requirements, ensuring consistency and traceability
  • Define, coordinate, and evaluate technical interfaces within complex systems and plants
  • Plan and conduct structured risk analyses and develop suitable measures
  • Take technical leadership and responsibility within subsystems or projects (without disciplinary leadership)
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, Annex 1, and other regulations during system and process development
  • Provide technical consulting and align with customers and internal project teams on technical and regulatory topics

Was du mitbringst

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or similar
  • Several years of experience in design, development, or engineering of systems in a regulated environment (such as pharmaceutical, food, or chemical)
  • Strong expertise in aseptic manufacturing and Fill & Finish processes
  • Confident with GMP, Annex 1, and common risk analysis methods
  • Strong technical, analytical, and systems thinking skills
  • Structured and independent work style in complex technical projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with internal teams and customers
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly and develop solutions together
  • Team-oriented in interdisciplinary projects
  • Willing and able to take technical responsibility, even without disciplinary leadership
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop sustainable, technically sound solutions
