  • Define and carry out global Key Account strategies
  • Build executive-level relationships with customers worldwide
  • Align commercial frameworks, pricing, and contracts globally
  • Lead and coordinate Regional Business Directors and Key Account Managers teams around the world
  • Drive cross-selling, multi-site rollouts, and global project execution
  • Translate customer needs into ideas for innovation and product development
  • Set value-selling standards (TCO / ROI)
  • Ensure transparency in CRM (Salesforce) and KPI-driven reporting
  • Develop digital account management tools and dashboards

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar field
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B industrial solution sales
  • Proven experience in Global Key Account Management
  • Experience managing customers in multiple countries and sites
  • Strong negotiation and value-selling skills
  • Leadership experience in international and matrix organizations
  • Comfortable working with data (CRM, KPIs, dashboards)
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
