You work on a wide range of risk topics, including financial crime and business conduct, and stay flexible for new areas. You plan and deliver audits independently, from start to finish, and work closely with people at all levels. You take responsibility for selected international locations and help identify and assess risks in a changing business and regulatory world. You act as a partner to local senior management and support them with your expertise.

- Plan and carry out audits on your own, making sure to meet goals and deadlines
- Write clear and effective reports
- Act as a partner for management
- Monitor how measures are put in place
- Prepare statements for the Head of Group Internal Audit, Board of Directors, or other decision-makers
- Be responsible for the locations Panama and Bahamas, including annual risk assessment, activity planning, and being the main contact
- Take part in special investigations and projects
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert
Was du mitbringst
- Banking apprenticeship, certified bank professional, or higher business education (university or university of applied sciences), CIA, CFA, or similar
- A certified public accountant qualification is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Auditor in banking audit (internal or external audit)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Avaloq experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to set priorities
- Ability to work well with different people
- Hands-on approach, strong work ethic, integrity, and high accountability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work independently
- Willing to travel abroad (about 30 days per year)
- Fluent in English, able to write clear texts; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus
